From 06/24 to 06/25, the route has been the circuit of the German championship of 2006. Female participants had to do it for four times, males for seven times. For handling the route, you need to be in good physical shape due to the fact that one lap makes you overpowering 628 meters in altitude difference. Germany‘s professional biker Jens Vogt described the circuit as „being devilish - but great". Using both, racing bike or mountain bike, is possible during that route.

COURSE OF THE TOUR:
Klingenthal is the tour‘s start and finish. It leads you in the direction of the city of Auerbach, climbing uphill to Mühlleithen for the mountain standing, going downhill to the cities of Gottesberg and Tannenbergsthal, then passing Hammerbrücke, Muldenberg and returning to Klingenthal.

SIGHTS ALONG THE ROUTE:
Summit including the bridge of the cross-country ski run and ludge in Mühlleithen, the dam of Muldenberg, the Vogtland Arena with its jump, famous church „Zum Friedefürsten", museum of music and winter sports, space exhibition in Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz (worth a side trip)
